Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Amazon Strategist/Account Manager to oversee advertising campaigns and retail media initiatives for a diverse range of clients. This role is integral in developing targeted strategies, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable results. Based in San Diego California, this position requires a balance of analytical expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both clients and internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, implement, and manage 3P Amazon and retail media advertising campaigns to achieve client goals
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Develop and execute strategies tailored to each client’s specific market and objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Amazon Ad Console and retail media platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and create training materials for best practices
  • Conduct market research to refine advertising approaches and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and actionable recommendations
  • Utilize tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and Asana to track project progress and manage workflows
  • Ensure all campaigns meet deadlines, budgets, and performance expectations
  • Contribute to a positive and productive in-office environment, working collaboratively with colleagues five days a week.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Amazon advertising or retail media campaign management
  • Proficiency with Amazon Ad Console and other retail media platforms such as Walmart Connect
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Sheets and Excel
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, is preferred
  • Experience with Google Suite applications is essential
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
  • Ability to work on-site 5-days a week in Downtown San Diego, California.
