Job Description

Amazon PPC Manager. You'll own Amazon PPC performance across multiple client accounts and help us scale what works: stronger results and cleaner processes. ABOUT BLANKSPACE. Blankspace Commerce GmbH is a German-founded, fully remote Amazon agency working with international clients. We advise brands – from startups to larger companies – on Amazon & TikTok strategy and run accounts full-service, with PPC as a core growth lever. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Own Amazon PPC strategy + execution across a portfolio of client accounts/marketplaces (SP/SB/SD), aligned to clear growth efficiency targets. Manage budgets and profitability guardrails (e.g., TACoS/ACoS/ROAS), including pacing, bid/budget decisions, and trade-offs – based on data, not gut feel. Run a structured weekly optimization cadence (search term hygiene, negatives, bids, budgets, placements, structure) and keep accounts clean, scalable, and predictable. Diagnose and fix performance issues fast (root-cause analysis, testing hypotheses, implementing durable fixes) and document learnings to prevent repeat problems. Collaborate with Account Managers/Ops and share knowledge across the team so PPC supports client priorities and operational reality. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: Clients have clear PPC targets and a reliable reporting/optimization cadence. TACoS/efficiency guardrails are hit more consistently while revenue grows on priority accounts. Fewer recurring issues: problems are spotted earlier, solved faster, and documented. Launches (new products / marketplaces) follow a repeatable playbook with strong ramp and stabilization. MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience with measurable results (agency or multi-brand preferred). Confident managing multiple accounts/marketplaces with a clear weekly optimization cadence and prioritization system. Strong experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display at scale. Data-driven optimizer: solid Google Sheets/Excel skills and clear decision-making based on performance data. Comfortable owning budgets + efficiency targets (e.g., TACoS/ACoS/ROAS) while supporting revenue growth. Strong English communication (written + spoken); German is a plus. Remote-ready with consistent overlap with CET/German business hours. NICE-TO-HAVE: Experience with other ad platforms (TikTok Ads, Meta). Experience with advanced PPC tooling (Scale Insights, Pacvue etc.). Vendor Central experience. Track record building SOPs / training plans. WORKING STYLE: 100% remote, flexible schedule, with required overlap hours with CET/German business time. We plan and execute work in ClickUp. You'll have a weekly 1:1 (incl. CEO touchpoint) and clear weekly priorities. We track time spent per client to understand profitability and resourcing (planning tool, not micromanagement).
