Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Amazon expert to lead and scale our clients Amazon strategy across key international markets, with an emphasis on the UK and Germany. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for owning and executing a full-funnel Amazon growth strategy—from optimising advertising spend (PPC, DSP) to strengthening our brand presence through SEO, A+ content, and review generation. With a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for performance, you’ll play a central role in unlocking growth and elevating our clients brand across Amazon’s ecosystem. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams—Marketing, Sales, and Creative—as well as with Amazon’s AVS/Brand Specialists to build and deliver high-impact Joint Business Plans. Your day-to-day will be a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution: analysing data to refine campaigns, managing catalogue health, launching new products, and protecting market share through smart, defensive tactics. You'll also apply best practices to other marketplaces like Otto, helping us replicate success beyond Amazon. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our clients most important e-tail channel and help define the global growth trajectory of our business. If you're a self-starter with experience in Amazon strategy, a strong track record of delivering ROI, and deep knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem, we’d love to hear from you. Join us and make a real, measurable impact on a brand that’s going places.
