The Amazon Operations Coordinator Intern will play an integral role in supporting our Amazon day-to-day business in a fast paced and dynamic e-commerce games market. Reporting to our Senior Amazon Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and responding to Amazon-related communications to ensure timely issue resolution and account health maintenance.
Job Responsibility:
Track and manage product compliance requests to ensure all studios adhere to Amazon’s policies and requirements
Prioritize 1P studios and collaborate closely with our Vendor Management team to address 3P studio compliance gaps
Keep a record of all expenditures by studio
Submit and track disputes through resolution, including shortage claims, price discrepancies, and chargebacks
Maintain detailed documentation of disputes and ensure timely follow-up with Amazon
Regularly review Amazon listings (Key Studios and Evergreen products) to ensure accuracy in pricing, content, and availability
Identify products at risk due to low or zero inventory and take proactive steps to prevent stockouts
Ensure drop ship offers are activated and maintained when products are out of stock
Partner with internal stakeholders to correct listing errors and prevent recurring issues
Monitor, review, and submit Amazon invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documentation
Analyze account alerts, performance notifications, and policy updates from Amazon
Seek quick resolution to issues impacting account health, listings, or order fulfillment
Initiate, track, and manage Amazon Vendor Central cases through to completion
Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes
Maintain detailed records of communications, case statuses, and resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information needed for case submissions
Prepare pre-order spreadsheet with all key metrics to evaluate order needs
Help to facilitate weekly new releases: place initial builds as necessary through Amazon’s Born-to-Run program and ensure that drop ship offers are activated
Track new release sales, Amazon inventory levels and future forecasts
Support order management system maintenance, including reviewing and clearing Amazon backorders
Requirements:
Current student or recent graduate seeking a degree in Business, Communications or other related fields
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and effectively manage time
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
