Job Description:

This role involves leading the migration of legacy contact center platforms to Amazon Connect, including solution design, implementation, and integration with AWS and third-party systems. The position requires hands-on technical expertise, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver end-to-end contact center transformation projects.

Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end migration from legacy contact center platforms to Amazon Connect
design and implement Amazon Connect solutions, including IVR flows and call routing
integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and third-party systems (e.g., CRM tools)
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
conduct workshops, assessments, and stakeholder engagement sessions
troubleshoot and optimize contact flows and system performance.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect implementation and customization
proven experience migrating contact center solutions from Genesys, Cisco, or Avaya to Amazon Connect
Bachelor Degree.
