ELEKS is looking for an Amazon Connect Architect in Argentina and the US to join our client’s engineering team, a top-5 insurance company in the US. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing, building, and configuring contact center solutions on the Amazon Connect platform.
Job Responsibility:
Design, build, and configure contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
Develop and maintain contact flows, queues, and routing configurations
Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and Lex
Implement integrations with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) to support contact center workflows
Design and optimize IVR and conversational flows
Apply knowledge of telephony and contact center operations to ensure efficient and reliable solutions
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to support implementation and improvements
Requirements:
Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, and routing configuration
Integration with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex)
CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar)
