Job Description

ELEKS is looking for an Amazon Connect Architect in Argentina and the US to join our client’s engineering team, a top-5 insurance company in the US. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing, building, and configuring contact center solutions on the Amazon Connect platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, build, and configure contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
  • Develop and maintain contact flows, queues, and routing configurations
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and Lex
  • Implement integrations with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) to support contact center workflows
  • Design and optimize IVR and conversational flows
  • Apply knowledge of telephony and contact center operations to ensure efficient and reliable solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to support implementation and improvements

Requirements

  • Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, and routing configuration
  • Integration with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex)
  • CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar)
  • IVR design and conversational flow development
  • Telephony and contact center operations knowledge

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
