In this role you will be directly responsible for managing a large workforce of temporary employees (associates) onsite at Amazon. You will work in alignment with site HR, Operations, Learning, Safety and Workforce Staffing (WFS) teams to promote associates engagement, implement overall coordination of associates and ensure correct processing of associates payroll. This requires a high level of attention to detail.
Job Responsibility
Managing a large workforce of temporary employees (associates) onsite at Amazon
Working in alignment with site HR, Operations, Learning, Safety and Workforce Staffing (WFS) teams
Promoting associates engagement
Implementing overall coordination of associates
Ensuring correct processing of associates payroll
Monitoring associate pool health, associate pool utilization, availability of associates, coordination of extra shifts/overtime
Weekly Rostering and Scheduling, including daily changes
Providing associates with all work related information
Onboarding & induction of new associates
Ensuring delivery team is capable of dealing with all aspects of day to day reporting
Providing information and/or documentation to integrate each associate into the Amazon system
Executing new starter audits
Liaising with Amazon WFS, HR team and floor area managers
Daily reporting on KPIs
Requirements
Experience in relevant industry, onsite experience, recruitment or HR background and the right competencies
Availability: Monday to Friday is essential 9-5pm, with flexibility
