Amazon Applications Team Lead

• Manage and coach Engineers to ensure consistent performance of the team
• Driving the technical team to make sure the systems always meet or exceed daily operational requirement
• To manage internal/external resources, application/production issues activities
• Provide technical support and resolution to the customers. This includes project development, production support, identification of problem areas and productively to provide prevention solution
• Capable of analyzing complex system performance and operation data
• Manage customer expectations by quick, clear and accurate delivery of pro-active action, information and responses to customer (Internal and External)
• Follow-up and ensure timely closure of all customer complaint
• Has winning attitude and always seek for improvement
• Willing to work extra hours to accommodate customer or job requirement. Always strive to exceed expectation

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics or equivalent
• Possess strong leadership. Minimum 5 years experience in Engineering role
• Travel occasionally, but willing to travel at short notice
• Strong analytical skill is required. Good knowledge on troubleshooting skill
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Able to integrate and drive cross-functional resources to achieve results
• Pro-active, team player, meticulous with ability to work independently and under pressure
