Job Description:

This is a critical, regional compliance and project management role that acts as the key gatekeeper for product launches across multiple Asian markets. You will work within the Group Product Development and Management team, ensuring that all product activities, lifecycle strategies, and compliance standards align with organizational priorities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Regional Compliance & Clearance: Supporting and driving the harmonization and flow of the group product pipeline by managing product registration, clearance, and audit-readiness across different markets
  • Quality System Management: Contributing to the harmonization of quality management systems across the Group and ensuring strict compliance with Group standards and external certifications (like FSSC), focusing on documentation, SOP development, and audit-readiness efforts
  • Labelling and Ingredient Accuracy: Ensuring that all product development activities align with compliance standards and that data accuracy is maintained throughout the product hierarchy
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborating with manufacturing, sales, marketing, and local entity teams to prioritize the product pipeline and efficiently execute commercial projects
  • Risk Management: Advocating for enhanced compliance, risk management, and operational excellence throughout the product value chain
  • Strategic Support: Contributing to regional category strategies and ensuring high-potential categories are represented in the NPD pipeline

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Food Science/Nutrition/Life Sciences or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in one or a combination of the following, ideally at a regional level: Regulatory Affairs, Quality/Compliance, NPD project management, or innovation within Consumer Health, VDS, Health Supplements, Nutrition, or related industries
  • Strong track record in cross-functional project leadership and lifecycle management
  • Mandatory experience and/or strong understanding of regional product registration, labelling compliance, and quality management systems (e.g., FSSC, GMP, SOPs, audit-readiness)
  • Scientific knowledge is essential
  • Analytical skills - capable of interpreting complex data sets and producing clear insights and reports
