Job Description:

This role plays a key role in cultivating a connected, vibrant, and active alumni community that strengthens lifelong relationships with Padua College. This position oversees the effective management of alumni data and communication systems, delivers purposeful engagement initiatives, and supports meaningful opportunities for past students to reconnect with the College, leading the planning and delivery of alumni campaigns, communications, events, social media activity, and digital engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Manage the Alumnly database and implementation of alumni engagement program
  • Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with alumni across multiple graduating years, locations, and interest groups
  • Develop and deliver an annual alumni engagement and communications plan aligned with College strategic goals
  • Develop and manage alumni communication channels including social media and website
  • Prepare reports on alumni engagement activities, event outcomes, and participation metrics
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is occasionally required
