Altium PCB Designer

Support CCA development for electronics used in high reliability undersea communication systems

• A minimum of four years' experience using Altium for PCB design
• Experience with Altium Designer 27 or Altium IPC footprint and schematic generators
• Experience with library management practices in Altium or Xpedition
• Knowledge of PCB layout tools from the Mentor Graphics suite (xDM, Xpedition. DXdatabook, BoardStation, Hyperlynx)
• Experience with schematic capture in Xpedition and Altium is valuable
• 3D modeling in Solidworks, NX, or CREO
• Experience with Footprint Expert
• Circuit design and hands on prototyping experience
• Basic knowledge of IPC and manufacturing standards
• In depth knowledge of CCA fabrication techniques
• Ability to communicate with suppliers when asked to provide clarification on design documentation packages
• Documentation capture including (bill of material parts lists, ODB++ digital fabrication packages, 3D model generation)
• Associate's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
• Secret Clearance required, active Secret security clearance is preferred or must be able to obtain
