Job Description:

Affinity Partnerships are working with a secondary special school for students with SEMH and mental health needs. Many pupils have had difficult previous experiences with education, and the school uses restorative and reflective practice instead of punitive behaviour systems. We are recruiting LSAs to provide 1:1 support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support
  • Build positive, therapeutic relationships
  • Assist with restorative conversations and emotional regulation
  • Support learning for disengaged or vulnerable pupils

Requirements:

  • SEMH experience or strong behaviour management
  • Patient, reflective, trauma-informed
  • Team Teach experience (bonus)
