Conduct routine audits / inspection of the area in scope
Supplies whole tires, PEF and purchased chips to the process

Job Responsibility

Required welding repairs include gusset fabrication and installation, bore buildup, handrail and ladder repair, wear plate removal and installation, cutting edge, teeth and adaptor removal and installation, shovel component buildup and crack maintenance repair
Mechanical repairs include change out minor PM (wash-down equipment, oil and filter changes, air filter changes, fuel filter changes, bleed-out fuel systems)
Operate lube/fuel truck as required
Change out minor components such as batteries, starters, alternators, battery cables and v-belts
Conduct safety observations and complete safety interactions monthly
Other duties as assigned
