As our ALT Newborn Hearing Screener, you are expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. You will perform duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, Joint Commission, and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Every day, you will be responsible for performing computerized infant hearing screenings under the direction of the Newborn Hearing Screening Program Director and/or the Program Coordinator. This involves meticulous attention to detail, compassionate interaction with infants and their families, and accurate data recording to ensure early detection of hearing loss and prompt intervention.

Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, maintain rigorous compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, and contribute actively to performance improvement initiatives, all under the direct supervision of the program leadership
Requirements
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
Newborn Hearing Screening Training Curriculum (NCHAM) certification within six (6) months of hire
Nice to have
One to two (1-2) years of acute care experience
