Job Responsibility:
Supporting Students: Working with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
Building Confidence: Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to help every child shine
Positive Behaviour: Helping the teacher manage the classroom and promoting a calm, positive environment
Encouraging Independence: Helping learners make progress and believe in themselves
Teamwork: Collaborating with teachers, ALNCOs, and external pros to get the best outcomes for the children
Safeguarding: Upholding the highest standards of pupil wellbeing
Requirements:
Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs
A calm, caring and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
Right to work in the UK and currently based here
