Job Description:

At our client #MKB they have opened a new factory in 2022 and for this they are looking for an all-round Operator!

Job Responsibility:

collecting raw materials and required materials
ensuring raw materials enter the process mixers via the supply line
packing raw materials into packages of approximately 3 kg using packaging machines
performing process checks and taking samples for the lab
managing the team so that all processes and activities run smoothly
identifying and resolving abnormalities

Requirements:

flexible and thinks along in solutions
can work independently & has a great sense of responsibility
in possession of a forklift certificate or willing to get one
in possession of a driver's license and car
masters the Dutch and/or English language

Nice to have:

leadership qualities
can keep calm in chaotic situations
