Job Description:

Bold, innovative and just a tad naughtier than you would expect, Honey Birdette are looking for an experienced Allocator to join our team! Ready to make your mark in merchandise planning and allocation? As Honey Birdette’s Allocator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products are in the right place, at the right time, across our boutiques and digital channels. Working closely with Merchandise Planning, Retail, Design, Production and Digital teams, you’ll support the trading performance of all products through accurate allocations, stock management, reporting and system maintenance. You’ll be the key link between Planning and our boutiques, ensuring they’re supported with the right stock to maximise sales opportunities. Job Responsibility:

  • Raise and maintain items, purchase orders and allocations, updating costs, quantities and dates as required
  • Review weekly sales and stock performance by product and branch, adjusting targets based on trading results
  • Ensure accurate product set-up, categorisation, attributes and pricing across systems
  • Act as the key Planning point of contact for boutiques, maintaining regular communication and support
  • Gather and share boutique feedback on product performance, fit and opportunities with Merchandise and Design teams
  • Ensure all products are launched on time, accurately and across all relevant channels
  • Monitor incoming stock and manage launch timelines, stock packages and new store opening allocations
  • Maintain allocation keys, size curves and branch classifications in line with current trading needs
  • Implement price changes, promotions and buffers to support Click & Dispatch fulfilment
  • Prepare and maintain sales, stock and trading reports, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue
  • Support stock rebalances across stores and digital channels
  • Provide key product information to Retail and Digital teams as required

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) or a willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs, work autonomously and exercise discretion
  • Strong ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Previous experience or strong interest in retail or fashion is highly advantageous
