Allocator

• Monitoring stock levels, intake and distribution
• Provide efficient reporting and administrative support to the merchandising team
• Ensure that lines are always stocked
• Liaise regularly with suppliers to ensure that orders are placed, and deliveries are made according to agreed timescales
• Produce accurate and regular inventory information
• Ensure that our information databases are kept up to date
• Produce analysis reports, with the aim of improving overall performance

• Degree that involved maths, statistics, or quantitative modules
• Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Good eye for detail
• Strong numerical and proven analytical skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Flexible approach to work
• Good communication and teamworking skills, and enjoy speaking to new people
• A basic understanding of merchandising, with a genuine interest in forging a career within merchandising
