Job Description:

Full-time role in the South Western Sydney community providing community rehabilitation and restorative programs. The role will be based in Hammondville but will service the South Western Sydney community, including client home visits and group activities across a range of settings.

Job Responsibility:

Support delivering person-centred care
Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team
Facilitate high-quality care to people in the community
Client home visits and group activities

Requirements:

Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance
Proficient in Microsoft Word and data entry
Basic understanding of medical terminology
Strong communicator
Able to plan and manage time effectively
Access to a reliable vehicle
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
