Job Description:

Full-time role in the Northern Sydney community. Purposeful work that makes a difference to improving quality of life. Join our team providing community rehabilitation and restorative programs.

Job Responsibility:

support delivering person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement
work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists and dietitians to facilitate high-quality care to people in the community
client home visits and group activities across a range of settings

Requirements:

Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Word and data entry
basic understanding of medical terminology
strong communicator, and able to plan and manage your time effectively
Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and safe driving record to travel between HammondCare locations
