Job Description:

I am seeking a proactive and hands-on Partner Marketing Specialist to join a fast-paced, global team. This role is critical in driving the partnership ecosystem and supporting partnership managers in executing high-impact marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Spearhead initiatives to attract new partners and strengthen awareness of the partner program
  • Work closely with strategic partners to design and implement joint GTM initiatives
  • Plan and deliver impactful partner events and workshops across Malaysia
  • Manage and maximize the use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
  • Support structured enablement initiatives to facilitate smooth partner onboarding
  • Leverage data insights to assess campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in partner marketing or a closely related discipline
  • Broad marketing expertise with a proven track record of driving successful partner initiatives on a regional or global scale
  • Strong experience managing and growing multiple partner relationships simultaneously
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions
  • Hands-on and execution-oriented, with experience managing agencies and delivering revenue-generating campaigns, events, and workshops
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical knowledge is a plus
