I am seeking a proactive and hands-on Partner Marketing Specialist to join a fast-paced, global team. This role is critical in driving the partnership ecosystem and supporting partnership managers in executing high-impact marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Spearhead initiatives to attract new partners and strengthen awareness of the partner program
Work closely with strategic partners to design and implement joint GTM initiatives
Plan and deliver impactful partner events and workshops across Malaysia
Manage and maximize the use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
Support structured enablement initiatives to facilitate smooth partner onboarding
Leverage data insights to assess campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in partner marketing or a closely related discipline
Broad marketing expertise with a proven track record of driving successful partner initiatives on a regional or global scale
Strong experience managing and growing multiple partner relationships simultaneously
Ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions
Hands-on and execution-oriented, with experience managing agencies and delivering revenue-generating campaigns, events, and workshops
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Technical knowledge is a plus
