In this role, you will be responsible for driving sourced revenue, cross-functional strategy, and enablement for Hightouch’s AdTech ecosystem partners. Your core focus will be building deep partnerships with demand-side platforms (DSPs) like The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, and Amazon Ads, select SSPs, and key data providers including Narrative, Acxiom, and Audience Acuity. Your north star is simple: sourced revenue via the partner ecosystem. You’ll be tasked with developing strong executive and field-level relationships, activating partner sales teams, and running joint sales campaigns that generate referrals and accelerate pipeline for Hightouch. This role requires high levels of agency, hunger, and creativity to influence external stakeholders in our favor. You’ll report directly to the Head of Tech Partnerships and collaborate closely with our founders, execs, and go-to-market teams. This is an ideal role for someone who has already built and owned an AdTech partner sales motion at a high-growth SaaS company.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full strategy and execution for driving sourced revenue from AdTech ecosystem partners (DSPs, SSPs, and data providers)
Build trusted relationships with sales, product, and marketing leaders at partners like The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Amazon Ads, Narrative, and Acxiom
Run joint outbound campaigns and partner-led sales motions to source pipeline for Hightouch
Enable and activate partner sales teams with training, playbooks, and field collateral
Coordinate co-marketing, field events, and executive programs to drive visibility and influence with partner organizations (up to 30% travel)
Serve as the point of accountability for all AdTech partner relationships, ensuring partners consistently refer and prioritize Hightouch
Requirements:
You’ve built a successful partner sales motion in the AdTech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, or data providers)
Proven success in outbound sales or revenue-driving partner roles
Strong network within the AdTech ecosystem and familiarity with programmatic ad sales
High hunger, curiosity, and ownership
ability to operate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Deep interest in the future of composable CDPs, third-party identity, and data activation
