Position Overview: The Alliances Director will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance Blue Yonder's ecosystem, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with Blue Yonder's business objectives. Scope: Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of partner activities with business goals. Lead negotiations and manage contracts with partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Foster strong relationships with partners to drive joint business initiatives and market growth. Our current technical environment: Engagement with cloud-native technologies and platforms. Use of AI and machine learning to drive supply chain optimization. Application of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration tools. What you'll do: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key players in the supply chain industry. Develop comprehensive partnership plans, including go-to-market strategies and joint business development activities. Manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and identifying opportunities for growth. Act as an advocate for partners within Blue Yonder, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams. Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize value. Represent Blue Yonder at industry events and conferences to promote the company and its partnership initiatives. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar role within the technology or supply chain industry. Proven track record in developing and managing strategic alliances that drive revenue growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools to manage partner relationships and activities. Knowledge/Skills Required: Experience and success in selling high value enterprise solutions software with long and complex sales cycles involving multiple software vendors, consulting advisory parties and systems integrators. Proven strategic alliance and partner development and management over a longer time frame in an international context and framework, especially with large Systems Integrators/ Consulting firms. Knowledge and understanding of end-to-end supply chain/ERP/SaaS drivers and experience in selling high-end solutions to a demanding global customer segment. Demonstrable sales track record with direct and/or indirect sales to Tier 1 companies in SaaS environment. Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and client relationship skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Self-driven and motivated by self-management. Personal Profile: Demonstrates independence in action, decision making, goal oriented and driven. Motivated, confident, self-sufficient and able to contribute from day one.
