Job Description:

The Alliance Operations Advisor will play a crucial role in managing the Microsoft alliance, focusing on operational workflows and cross-functional coordination. The Advisor will be responsible for program management support of our partnership with Microsoft (MSFT). The Alliance Operations Support Manager will play a critical role in enabling the success of the Microsoft alliance by providing structured, proactive support across operational workflows supporting our Megadeal wins with Microsoft. This role will focus on managing and facilitating escalation processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring that alliance operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide white glove support for our Megadeal sales and delivery teams through the full lifecycle of each Megadeal
  • Monitor and manage the Microsoft alliance escalation process, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication across stakeholders
  • Coordinate operational workflows and project timelines across alliance teams
  • Track and report on key operational metrics and deliverables
  • Support the execution of alliance governance processes, including meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up
  • Maintain and update centralized operational content and resources for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with alliance leadership to identify and implement process improvements
  • Assist in onboarding and enablement of new alliance team members
  • Serve as a liaison between alliance operations and other internal functions (e.g., compliance, finance, partner investments)
  • Support ad hoc operational initiatives and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, information technology, or a related field
  • Extensive experience working independently in a very large, global, matrixed organization
  • Broad understanding of Hyperscaler services, solutions, and sales plays
  • Experience working with MSFT &/or partner ecosystems is a plus
  • Experience in Sales, Delivery, or Operations
  • Familiarity with principles of project management and use of tools such as Trello
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders including senior executives, partners, and customers
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operational support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with escalation management or issue tracking processes is a plus
  • Fluency in English
