You will lead external partnerships and manage alliances that bring new science, technology and capabilities to GSK. You will negotiate agreements, guide deal teams, and ensure alliances deliver value for both parties. You will work closely with commercial, medical, legal and supply colleagues across regions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and coordinate deal teams and due diligence teams to evaluate potential alliances
Define negotiating positions, draft term sheets, and lead commercial negotiations with partners
Prepare business cases and support governance reviews for approval of transactions
Translate agreed terms into clear agreements and help monitor contractual compliance
Act as the internal day-to-day contact for alliance delivery, tracking performance and risks
Maintain accurate records in relevant systems and support handover to operations and governance functions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, law or related field. Advanced degree preferred
