As a business orchestrator, reporting to the CMO, you will support the Marketing Department in the development and management of an ecosystem of strategic partners (hyperscalers & publishers) in order to: Accelerate business pipeline; Win complex multi-partner deals; Increase the value of Silamir offers (services, IP, co-sell, co-marketing); Structuring a high-performance GTM dynamic with our partners. Our main partners: AWS, Celonis, Microsoft, Pigment, Salesforce, Snowflake, UiPath. Geography: France (core) + EMEA opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Business development via the ecosystem: Follow-up on partner-sourced & co-sell leads
  • Promotion of multi-partner packages
  • Identification of common strategic accounts
  • Activating the right partners at the right time in the sales cycle
  • Contribution to deal strategies
  • Sales promotion & sales enablement: Help set up and lead partner rituals
  • Coordination of joint GTM actions
  • Pre-campaign & RFP sales training and events
  • Creation of sales aids
  • Governance & partner programs: Managing partnership levels & co-sell readiness
  • Follow-up on certifications & upgrading key skills
  • Monitoring of MDF / coop marketing budgets
  • Deployment of quarterly plans: events, webinars, case studies
  • Consolidated reporting: Pipe influenced / Closing rate / MDF utilization / Partner contribution to deals

Requirements:

  • First significant experience (2 years) in alliances, marketing, B2B, partnerships or business development
  • Experience in a Tech / Cloud / Consulting environment would be highly appreciated
  • Good understanding of Cloud & ISV ecosystems
  • Ability to work on multi-stakeholder deals
