All-Source Intelligence Analyst - SME

• Gather, analyze, and interpret intelligence information from various sources to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Assess threats, identify trends, and provide recommendations to senior leadership
• Provide Intelligence Analysts responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff
• Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production
• Interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements
• Work independently with no required oversite
• Provide advice to the leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and other items of interests
• Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle
• Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis

• High School Diploma required
• DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred
• Minimum of eight (8) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level
• 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA
• At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations
• 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages)
• In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable
• Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions
• Demonstrated level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products
• Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
• Superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
• Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher
• Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI DoD clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Medically able to deploy to foreign area advanced bases
• Able to wear body armor, helmet and other PPE when required
• Able to run, walk, crawl moderate distances

In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable
