The All-Source Intelligence Analyst SME is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting intelligence information from various sources to support decision-making and strategic planning by assessing threats, identify trends, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Job Responsibility:

Assess threats, identify trends, and provide recommendations to senior leadership
Provide Intelligence Analysts responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff
Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production
Interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements
Work independently with no required oversite
Provide advice to the leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and other items of interests
Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle
Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis
Requirements:
High School Diploma required
DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred
Minimum of eight (8) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level
5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA
At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations
3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages)
In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable
Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions
Demonstrated level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products
Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
Superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher
Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI DoD clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
Medically able to deploy to foreign area advanced bases
Able to wear body armor, helmet and other PPE when required
Able to run, walk, crawl moderate distances
