Requirements

Minimum of six (6) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level
Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5)/GS-14 level or higher
Position requires active Security Clearance

Job Responsibility

Provide research, development, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff
Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production
Interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements
Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions
Demonstrate level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations)
Prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required

Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
U.S. citizenship
Active CI poly or willingness to obtain one
BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience

Requirements

Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of military, security, and political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Ability to identify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluate resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements, and determine analytical approaches
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 10+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Review reporting from classified and unclassified intelligence streams every day as you build assessments that reflect the priorities of your regional or topical portfolios
