Job Responsibility

  • Operate a variety of heavy mobile plant safely and efficiently, including Excavators, Loaders, Graders, Dozers, and Side Tippers
  • Conduct high-volume material handling, civil roadworks, stockpile management, and bulk earthworks
  • Perform mandatory daily pre-start machinery checks and routine basic maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with site supervisors, surveyors, and the broader ground crew to hit strict project schedules
  • Maintain a Total Commitment to Safety by adhering to strict site protocols and keeping a clean work environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating multiple types of civil/mining earthmoving plant
  • RII tickets for heavy machinery
  • A strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical
  • Current Construction White Card
  • Current Australian Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver's Licence or higher
