All-round Maintenance Technician

• Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, electrical systems, and other technical installations
• Inspecting equipment and systems to identify any malfunctions or defects and promptly rectify them in an efficient manner
• Performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of all technical systems
• Responding to emergencies and technical issues such as leaks, power outages, and other critical situations
• Carrying out general repair and maintenance work, including minor carpentry, painting, and finishing tasks as required
• Collaborating with other departments within the hotel, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure smooth operations of daily activities
• Maintaining maintenance logs and reports detailing completed work and repairs
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations related to technical installations and equipment

• Previous experience in technical maintenance and preventive maintenance practices, preferably in a hospitality or similar setting
• Good knowledge of English, Dutch is an advantage
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and protocols is essential
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented
• Proactive attitude and team spirit
• Capable of effective communication with colleagues & guests
• Flexible: willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
