Job Responsibility
Work with individuals assisting with personal care and daily living skills
Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development
Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports
Requirements
Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and have relevant experience
Hold (or be working towards) a Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services, Individual Support or equivalent
Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
Availability to work across a 24/7 roster

Competitive base rate of $34.58 to $37.73 per hour + casual loadings and shift loadings as per SCHADS Award (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010) and Super (12%)
