Job Description

WE ARE SEEKING FIELD TECHNICIANS TO SUPPORT ON-SITE IT INITIATIVES ACROSS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. THIS ROLE IS IDEAL FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH HANDS-ON TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE WHO ENJOY WORKING IN DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENTS AND PROVIDING DIRECT SUPPORT TO END USERS. FIELD TECHNICIANS WILL ASSIST WITH A VARIETY OF IT PROJECTS AND SUPPORT TASKS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE DEVICE DEPLOYMENTS, WORKSTATION SETUPS, AND GENERAL TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTING.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with setup, deployment, and replacement of desktop and laptop devices
  • Support workstation installations, upgrades, and relocations
  • Help configure and install peripherals such as monitors, docking stations, and accessories
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support end users during on-site IT initiatives and deployments
  • Assist with inventory tracking, asset management, and equipment staging
  • Follow documented processes and work collaboratively with team members and site leads

Requirements

  • Basic experience with IT support, hardware deployment, or technical troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable working on-site in a hands-on role
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Nice to have

  • Experience with device imaging or deployment tools
  • Exposure to large-scale IT rollouts or refresh projects
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (connectivity, cabling, etc.)
  • Experience supporting end users in a professional environment
