Job Description:

About the role: As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting Aladdin’s regulatory readiness, commercial execution, and cross-functional change agenda. You will be responsible for monitoring emerging regulation, supporting analysis and impact assessments, contributing to regulatory implementation programmes, and helping define materials that demonstrate Aladdin’s operational resilience and compliance posture. You will also support broader COO-sponsored initiatives spanning organisational design, office footprint strategy, entity governance, and operational alignment across the EMEA Aladdin Business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Play a critical role in supporting Aladdin’s regulatory readiness, commercial execution, and cross-functional change agenda
  • Be responsible for monitoring emerging regulation, supporting analysis and impact assessments, contributing to regulatory implementation programmes, and helping define materials that demonstrate Aladdin’s operational resilience and compliance posture
  • Support broader COO-sponsored initiatives spanning organisational design, office footprint strategy, entity governance, and operational alignment across the EMEA Aladdin Business

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in regulatory analysis, operational resilience, COO/business operations, legal/commercial operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret regulatory text, contractual language, and operational documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with regulatory or operational frameworks (e.g., outsourcing rules, resilience regimes, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across various teams
  • Proficiency in English required
