Own the planning, execution, and reporting of subsystem-level functional tests and inspections
Lead avionics testing at the satellite level, ensuring all onboard electronics perform reliably in end-to-end configurations—executed together with your team and in close collaboration with others in a matrix structure
Ensure test benches, tools, and setups are maintained, functional, and compliant with safety and quality standards
Develop and maintain work instructions, test procedures, and checklists in collaboration with AIT Engineering and Quality teams
Train and mentor technicians on best practices in electronics assembly, handling, ESD protection, and fault diagnostics
