Job Description

As part of the company’s growth, they are looking for an AIT Technician to contribute to the assembly, integration, and testing phases of their propulsion systems, while ensuring quality, traceability, and process optimization in a controlled environment. Working in a dynamic and innovative setting, you will collaborate closely with the Production and Test teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform assembly and integration of propulsion systems in accordance with technical and quality specifications
  • Test subsystems and ensure full traceability of operations
  • Work closely with R&D teams to resolve technical issues
  • Monitor the performance of AIT tools and propose improvements
  • Contribute to process reliability in collaboration with Manufacturing and R&D teams
  • Inspect incoming parts to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements
  • Ensure complete traceability of products and assembly operations
  • Update AIT documentation in accordance with quality standards (ECSS)
  • Track and manage non-conformities (NCRs) and contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvement of AIT processes
  • Monitor, verify, and maintain ISO 7/8 cleanroom environments
  • Perform periodic checks to ensure proper operation of equipment required for AIT activities

Requirements

  • Associate degree (BAC+2) such as BTS / DUT / BUT in Physical Measurements, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Initial experience in AIT (Assembly, Integration & Testing) is a strong asset
  • Experience in a clean and regulated environment (cleanroom), ideally in the space, defence, or medical sectors (internships or apprenticeships accepted)
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Proficiency in mechanical and electrical integration of complex subsystems
  • Experience with functional testing under vacuum, thermal and vibration environments, and data acquisition systems
  • Knowledge of ECSS space standards, quality procedures (EN9100), and ESD precautions is a plus
  • Ability to write technical and quality documentation: build records, test reports, traceability, and non-conformity reports
