Job Description

The Project Manager (Airtable) will play a critical role in supporting a multi-event summit season across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. This role is responsible for owning and managing complex Airtable ecosystems that support large-scale event content operations, including session management, speaker data, and readiness workflows.

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end Airtable management for seven large-scale events, including multiple content bases and speaker-facing interfaces
  • Design, build, and maintain complex Airtable bases supporting approximately 1,200+ sessions and 3,000+ speaker records
  • Develop automated workflows, formulas, scripts, forms, custom views, and interfaces to streamline content operations and improve usability
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and optimal user experience
  • Troubleshoot Airtable automations, integrations, and performance issues at scale
  • Archive event data and ensure timely removal of PII in compliance with data governance standards (T+2 weeks post-event)
  • Develop and document a repeatable Airtable content management template for future event seasons (2026/2027)
  • Maintain process documentation, workflows, and system guidelines for cross-functional partners
  • Support attendance tracking and session survey data cleanup and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with event, content, and operations stakeholders across regions
  • Support optional travel to select summit events as needed

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency with Airtable, including advanced bases, automations, formulas, scripts, and interfaces
  • Strong project management experience supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and supporting data analytics needs
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience documenting processes and building scalable operational playbooks
  • Hands-on experience conducting UAT and system validation
