Job Description

This project aims to support the foundational Operations ecosystem by overseeing our core project management tools. The AirTable Manager will serve as the owner of the centralized AirTable application—acting as the key point person responsible for the platform’s overall health, maintenance, and adoption. They will act as the primary enforcer of data integrity across the organization and play a crucial role in project intake, ensuring teams are properly resourced and smaller tasks are expertly managed.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the centralized AirTable application, driving platform health, ongoing maintenance, and team-wide adoption
  • Enforce strict data integrity across the operations ecosystem
  • Play an active, crucial part in the Triage operation, ensuring all required data for resourcing a project has been thoroughly captured
  • Act as the de facto Project Manager (PM) on 'pebble' (smaller-scale) assignments that do not receive a dedicated PM

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Airtable (including database architecture, relational data, automations, and interfaces)
  • Experience working in an Agile/Waterfall methodology
  • Strong operations, project management, and data governance experience
  • Google Workspace for planning, documenting, and presenting
