Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Airtable Management Support Specialist to assist our team in the efficient maintenance, enhancement, and daily operation of our core Airtable bases. This role is critical for ensuring data integrity, optimizing workflow efficiency, and providing user support during a period of high operational demand.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform routine checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various bases and tables
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
  • Assist in optimizing existing Airtable structure (fields, views, interfaces, and automations) to improve performance and user experience
  • Support the integration of Airtable with other tools/platforms (e.g., via Zapier, make.com, or Airtable's native syncing) as needed
  • Help document existing and new Airtable processes, ensuring documentation is current and accessible to the team
  • Assist in setting up and testing new automations to streamline repetitive tasks
  • Act as a first-level resource for internal users experiencing issues or needing help with Airtable
  • Assist in developing basic training materials (e.g., quick start guides, FAQs) and provide one-on-one assistance to new or existing users
  • Manage user access permissions and security settings
  • Create and manage specific views, groups, and filters to support ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Assist in exporting and formatting data for use in presentations or other business intelligence tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Airtable creator and administrator
  • Strong command of Airtable formulas (rollups, lookups, conditional logic)
