You will be the person responsible for carrying out administrative/operational tasks for executive aviation flights as well as the care and management of the FBO facilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Flight control
  • VIP passenger attention
  • Flight boarding
  • Documentation tasks: customer service at the counter, processing and preparation of flight and customs documentation and coordination of their actions with the warehouse
  • Management of additional services for VIP passengers and crews such as hotels, transportation, etc.
  • Ground-air, ground-ground transmitter link
  • Coordination of tasks on the track and offices
  • Liaison with crew and measure times
  • Attach and release Push-Back adapters
  • Battery recharge
  • Placement and removal of chocks
  • Loading and unloading of containers, loading and unloading in the warehouse

Requirements

  • Resident in province vacant position
  • English - Advanced Level

Nice to have

  • Qualification in Tourism or similar
  • Experience in the sector of at least one year, performing passenger check-in and boarding tasks
  • Experience in dealing with international clients
