Job Responsibility:

Welcome and build strong connections with guests
Handle changes and challenges in the airport environment
Answer guests' questions in a comprehensive manner
Ensure smooth airport operations with arrivals, departures, and transfers
Deliver see-off speeches before guests head to resorts
Monitor and celebrate guest feedback
