Job Description:

Join the TUI team as an Airport Rep based in Lanzarote. Handle arrivals, departures, and transfers while creating special moments for guests and driving positive experiences in a busy airport environment.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome and build strong connections with guests
handle changes and challenges in the airport
answer guests’ questions from arrival to departure
ensure smooth airport operations for arrivals, departures, and transfers
deliver see-off speeches on buses
monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback
meet targets and solve problems
enhance guest experience.

Requirements:

Fully conversational in English plus Dutch or German
speak French would be beneficial
a friendly and empathetic individual
dedicated to making guests happy
a quick learner ready to master the technology and tools for the role
enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
flexible with schedule including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Nice to have:

Speak French
experience with charity and sustainability initiatives.

Starting annual salary of 20,800 € gross
