Job Description:

We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Reps in the Dominican Republic. This role involves assisting guests from arrival to departure, ensuring smooth airport operations, and solving challenges while representing TUI's values. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome and build strong connections with guests
create special moments from arrival to departure
handle changes and challenges in a busy airport environment
answer questions fully
ensure smooth airport operations, including handling arrivals, departures, and transfers
deliver see-off speeches before resort transfer
monitor service updates and guest feedback
meet targets, solve problems, and provide great service
represent company values and maintain professionalism

Requirements:

Right to work in Dominican Republic
fully conversational in English
additional European languages helpful
friendly and empathetic
dedicated to guest satisfaction
quick learner with ability to master technology and tools
enthusiastic about products and services
adaptable to fast-paced environment
calm under pressure
proactively resolve challenges
flexible with rotating schedules, including daytime and occasional night shifts

What we offer:

Starting salary from $407,100 DOP gross/year
48-hour work week with at least one day off
