Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Airport Reps. You will welcome guests at the airport, handle operations for arrivals and departures, and provide excellent service to ensure smooth experiences for our customers.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome and build strong connections with guests
Handle changes and challenges
Answer guests’ questions
Ensure smooth and efficient airport operations
Handle arrivals, departures and transfers
Deliver see-off speeches
Represent company values and enhance guest experience

Requirements:

Right to work in Türkiye
Fully conversational in German plus English
Friendly and empathetic individual
Dedicated to making guests happy
Quick learner
Ready to master technology and tools
Flexible with schedule including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts

Nice to have:

Ability to remain calm under pressure
Proactively identify and resolve issues creatively
Monitor service updates and guest feedback
