Job Description:

The City of Chandler Municipal Airport is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as an Airport Maintenance Senior Technician - CDL. This position is scheduled to work Wednesday through Saturday, from 5:00am to 3:30pm.

Job Responsibility:

Perform skilled preventative maintenance and repair of the City's airport operational areas and equipment

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of experience in grounds and facilities maintenance and operations
  • A valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • A Commercial Driver's License Class B with tanker endorsement within 6 months of hire or promotion
  • Maricopa County Dust Control Certification within 6 months of hire or promotion
  • Underground Storage Tank Class A, B and C Operator Certification within 6 months of hire or promotion
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification within 6 months of hire or promotion
  • An Office of Pest Management License within 6 months of hire or promotion
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
