Job Description:

Join our global TUI Musement team in Liberia, Costa Rica, and become the face of our brand at the destination. As a Representative & Airport Greeter, you will deliver exceptional airport meet-and-greet service while actively contributing to our destination sales and guest satisfaction KPIs. This is a dynamic, guest-facing role combining operational coordination, premium customer service, and revenue generation. This job offers a local Costarrican contract and to apply you should have residency in Costa Rica.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and efficient airport meet & greet experience at Liberia Airport
  • Provide clear, accurate information on transfers, itineraries, safety guidelines, and TUI Experiences
  • Ensure smooth coordination of arrivals and departures in collaboration with transport providers
  • Conduct welcome meetings at selected hotels, ensuring all guests are properly informed and assisted
  • Represent TUI with professionalism, energy, and cultural awareness, creating a memorable first impression of Costa Rica

  • A true people person - confident communicating and/or selling to international guests whilst remaining calm and empathic in a crisis or when problems for our guests occur
  • Willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible products & services
  • You are fully conversational in English
  • You will be proud to wear your Destination Services uniform and represent us finelly at all times
What we offer:
  • A job in Service at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts from $516,566 CRC gross/month, and your earned commission on top

  • Work week of 48 hours with 1 day off
  • 14 days of holidays after the first year worked ´we give you two extra days (on your Birthday and one Happy day)

  • Ensure the prompt and professional handling of guest messages, mail, packages, flowers, and other deliveries
  • Maintain strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, theatre, arts, cultural events, and leisure activities to provide expert recommendations and arrange tickets, tours, and reservations
  • Develop and maintain close rapport with frequent and VIP guests, ensuring that their preferences and expectations are consistently met and communicated to the Reservations and Front Office teams
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Reservations, Concierge and Bell Staff, to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures
  • Lead, train, and motivate the Concierge team to deliver intuitive, guest-focused service at all times
