We are looking for an Support Engineer to join our team. This position is ideal for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Support, eager to contribute to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring system reliability in a fast-paced airport environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide Level 2 support for both hardware and software systems
  • Ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime for critical systems
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal IS&D teams and airport staff to maintain service reliability and system performance
