We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our dynamic Airfreight Exports team as an Airfreight Exports Supervisor. You will oversee the coordination of shipments, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with international regulations. Job Responsibility:
Supervising the coordination of export shipments with major airlines, freight forwarders, customers, and suppliers
Managing, compiling, and processing all airfreight export documentation and bookings
Overseeing communication with internal and external freight forwarders to ensure cargo is delivered to the airport terminal on time
Collaborating with internal departments to resolve supplier inquiries and billing issues as they arise
Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery
Supervising ground handlers to provide clear loading instructions for each flight
Assisting in resolving any issues or delays in the airfreight export process
Supporting managers with other operational duties
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in Airfreight Exports
A valid Driver's Licence and access to a car
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong time management and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
An enthusiastic and proactive approach to self-management
A commitment to developing a long-term career within the company
A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation, Transport, Business and Commerce, Sales, or Marketing is highly regarded
You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with unrestricted working rights and currently reside in Australia
