Job Responsibility:
Review and assess AI-generated content focused on airfield operations, logistics, and ground safety
Deliver expert feedback and corrections to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI responses
Ensure all AI outputs are compliant with current regulatory standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures
Create, validate, and update training content covering runway usage, aircraft movement, emergency protocols, weather, and more
Collaborate with machine learning engineers and content specialists to enhance annotation guidelines and data quality
Identify and address outdated practices, incorrect assumptions, or irrelevant material in AI-generated outputs
Champion best practices in airfield management and safety within a remote, innovative work environment
Requirements:
Hands-on experience as an Airfield Operations Specialist, Airport Operations Officer, Ramp Controller, or similar role
Solid understanding of runway safety, aircraft movement, and FAA/ICAO compliance requirements
Familiar with airport operations systems, including NOTAMs, ARFF coordination, FOD prevention, and airfield inspections
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a structured, remote annotation or review setting
Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and regulatory compliance
Proactive problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous process improvement
Nice to have:
Experience in training, technical writing, safety compliance, or aviation instruction
Exposure to AI, data labeling, or quality assurance in a technical setting
Familiarity with airport management systems or simulation environments is a plus
