  • Supervise assigned aircraft maintenance employees and responsible for the daily and overall operations of the aircraft maintenance department, to include safety, schedules, personnel, and quality
  • Encourage and promote a safe work environment by supervising a safety/security program
  • Perform supervisory responsibilities such as performance & development management, time keeping, hiring, dismissals and lead/coordinate daily meetings
  • Coordinate the completion of all planned and ad-hoc maintenance
  • Ensure that work is performed in accordance with Repair Station/Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
  • Monitor housing and facilities safety requirements and report any insufficiency
  • Engage with customers regarding Aircraft Maintenance (where required)
