Requirements:
Professional management and coordination of employees

Act as an internal/external point of contact for all questions/aspects of painting
Monitoring the economic operation of e.g. ventilation and heating systems
Organize/monitor workflows, manufacturing processes and quality
Creation of documents (e.g. test protocols, incoming findings, work plans)
Carrying out initial findings on aircraft/components in the paint shop
Identification of deviations from the planned range of services Documentation (in paper form) and examination of one's own activities and those carried out by others as part of the documented worker audit
Identifying, avoiding and remedying quality defects
Ensuring cleanliness and monitoring of care and maintenance work in the area of responsibility (halls, plants, facilities)
Implementation of interim acceptance tests on aircraft/components in cooperation with test centres and end customers
Maintenance of data in various user programs (e.g. BDE, X-Time, SAP)
